Freedom to move beyond boundaries and words that limit you.

Freedom to push through the physical and emotional pain.

Freedom to heal and be healed.

Freedom to love and be loved.

Freedom to forgive and be forgiven.

Why walk around enslaved by pain, resentment, bitterness, and anger? Why walk around enslaved by others’ words of discouragement and disbelief? All the while wishing and wanting freedom, but continuing to let others tie chains, weights, and locks of oppression on us and around us, and letting them leave with the key.

There is a man with a master key that can open any lock, break any chain, heal any pain, and give you the freedom your heart, mind, and soul so desperately seek.
His name is Jesus, and He left a comforter, a freedom fighter, a way maker, and a heart mender. His Holy Spirit.  After years of growing up in church, hearing and sharing countless preachings, I can stand firm and still say that where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is FREEDOM!

You have been carrying weight you were meant to release so that you could move freely.  Ask God to come into your heart, mind, and soul.  Place a hand on your heart and one on your head, and whisper, scream if you have to, or just read this prayer with me “Lord God I ask you to come into my heart, mind, and soul; deliver me from the words that have kept me bound like memories chained to my life.  Forgive me and provide me with the strength and resolve to live free.  Holy Spirit, guide me to what needs to change and how I am to live free. You are the source of hope and freedom. Amen.”

Remember, it is for freedom that Christ has set you free!
