I am a woman who loves, love always have always will. I have a fascination for books & libraries, for story tellers and historians. I love God, people, food, nature and animals {and yes in that order}. I grew up in a loving, funny, “we live in Boston but in these four walls we are Puertorican” household. I have a very large extended family on both of my parent’s side and I am blessed to have grown up and learned a lot from all the generations that surrounded me. I am a daughter, sister, friend, wife & mother. A lifelong student of psychology, how we develop, grow, and heal from the words we hear and the words we tell ourselves. How the things we carry in our hearts become the actions we live out.
The hope that whispers in my heart is that you may find yourself and others in the words and experiences that I share. That you may find hope, humor, and truth for yourself and others. That the words of my heart may speak life to yours….For out of the abundance of the heart the mouth speaks.
